1) Take an Oldham or Speleo Technics Cap Light and if it’s not clean, clean it!

2) Remove the bezel, seal, reflector, bulbs and bulb holders. Note: the internals of an Oldham is slightly different than shown, but the guts can be removed to the same effect.
